The Board of Directors of GHSL is responsible for the strategic direction and focus of the company. As the highest policy decision making body, reporting directly to the shareholders, the Board oversees processes for evaluating the adequacy of internal controls, risk management, financial reporting & compliance with the relevant regulations as well the company's internal rules and regulations in the best interests of shareholders as well as employees. The Board accomplishes these functions acting directly & through its various committees.
