SAMUEL BENSON ADJEI (BSc, MSc., M.Gh.I.S)
Samuel is the chairman of the Board of Directors of Gravitas Housing Solutions Ltd. He comes with strong analytical skills and over 17 years’ experience in real estate consulting, property valuation, property management, project appraisal and land administration. He is a chartered valuer and a professional associate of the Ghana Institute of Surveyors.
He holds a master’s degree in Business Computing from the University of Northampton, U.K and a Bachelor’s Degree in Land Economy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana.
He is currently, the regional valuer of the Land Valuation Division of Western region, Ghana. In his many years of progressive work experience with the land valuation division of the Lands Commission, he serves on the Divisional Committee of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors as the institutional representative of Lands Commission.

Robert is a director at Gravitas Housing Solutions Ltd. He is an accomplished project cost estimator with over 15 years’ experience in project management, quantity surveying and contracts management. He has worked on over 40 major projects in Ghana with great success. He is currently the CEO of LeanTeq Services, a project development company in Tema, Ghana.
He holds a BSc. Building Technology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana.
