If you are eligible, we shall request you to pay the reservation fee. Thereafter, we shall give you a Gravitas Home Purchase Reservation Letter. You are required to complete a portion and return to us.

After paying the reservation fee, we will take the home off the market, so nobody else can buy it, except for you. You also need to opt for one of the modes of payments, self-financing or mortgage. If you need a mortgage, show the GHP Reservation Letter to the provider and ask them to make you an offer.

Step 2: Drafting of Sale Agreement

We will send you a drafted copy of the sale agreement (Deed of assignment/ Contract of Sale), explaining in detail what you are buying with full designs of the home and other terms.

Step 3: Sign, Pay and its Secured for You

When you are sure you have, the remaining funds arranged with your mortgagers, you can sign the agreement (Deed of Assignment), and pay the balance outright. For self-financing, you must sign the Conditional Contract of Sale and start your installment payment to GHSL. You are on your way; we will keep you updated throughout the build process, so you know how things are progressing. The build process shall last between 6 – 12 months depending on the development plan and design.

Step 4: Proof of Home Readiness

When your new home is built, Certificate of Completion and Certificate of Possession will be issued, so you know it’s ready to live in.

Step 5: Time to Possess

After receiving proof of readiness, you can move into your new home and enjoy with your family!

Step 6: It’s Yours!

Once the deed is registered, you take possession. If you took a mortgage, a charge will be registered over the property by the provider.
